About this church
Our Lady of the Valley serves the District of Coldstream and the families of the valley east of Vernon. Sunday Mass at 10:30 AM gathers a warm, multi-generational community, with confession available afterwards and a children's liturgy during Mass.
The parish is a hub for family and formation life in the area. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd meets here for young children, the youth group gathers in the narthex, and on the first Thursday of every month the church fills with music and candlelight for Fill the Valley, an evening of Eucharistic adoration that everyone is welcome to join.
The Catholic Women's League and the Knights of Columbus St. Teresa Council 12202 are both active here, raising funds for local charities and serving the parish and the wider community.
